I love the fresh white daisies and simple egg shell garnishes on this platter of a dead bird – a pullet perhaps – covered with white rice. Somehow it reminds me of an old school friend’s wedding dress….not because it was covered with rice of course !!! but because the daisies scattered all over the skirt were just like these ….
